Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific situations.

• Provide evidence-based therapy services to individuals, families, and groups, utilizing various therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-Informed Care, to address a broad spectrum of mental health issues.

• Collaborate with case managers, psychiatrists, and external agencies to ensure a coordinated approach to client care, maintaining detailed case notes and treatment progress documentation.

• Deliver immediate crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute distress, employing active listening and de-escalation techniques to regain stability.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives aimed at raising awareness about mental health challenges, reducing stigma, and promoting access to care.

Our clients range from children and adolescents to adults from various cultural, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• Possess an active and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
