Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, ensuring tailored therapeutic interventions that meet diverse client needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to facilitate recovery and promote mental wellness among clients.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration, discussing patient assessments, treatments, and care plans during team meetings and patient rounds.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes, adhering to department standards and ethical guidelines.

• Provide case management services, collaborating with community resources and professionals to ensure holistic care for assigned patients.

• Lead therapy sessions in an outpatient format, effectively managing your schedule and client caseload.

Your clients will encompass a broad demographic, including individuals seeking support for anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and various mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as Licensure in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of Nevada.

• Possession of a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience working in mental health settings is preferred. This experience can include outpatient therapy, case management, or other therapeutic roles.

Compensation and Benefits\n
