Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments utilizing psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to develop a comprehensive understanding of each client.

• Collaborate closely with clients to create individualized treatment plans that align with their goals, preferences, and cultural backgrounds, ensuring a personalized approach to their care.

• Deliver effective therapeutic interventions, including CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), across diverse settings such as individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions.

• Provide crisis intervention strategies to clients in acute distress, coordinating with other healthcare providers to deliver seamless care and support as needed.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, documenting progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries.

• Offer psychoeducation to clients and their families to foster understanding and self-management of mental health challenges.
\n
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers, to ensure comprehensive care for all patients.

• Regularly assess and evaluate treatment outcomes to measure the effectiveness of interventions and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on client progress.

• Stay informed about advancements in mental health research and incorporate relevant findings into your clinical practice.

• Uphold ethical standards and maintain patient confidentiality at all times in your work.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the state of Nevada.

• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients from varied cultural backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess at least two years of experience in a clinical mental health setting. Direct experience using therapeutic techniques such as CBT and DBT is highly desirable and greatly valued.

Compensation and Benefits\n
