Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients, using standardized diagnostic tools.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to implement effective interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Serene Siera Vista, you will primarily work with individuals grappling with a range of mood disorders, including depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. This role requires sensitivity and insight, as you may also work with vulnerable populations, such as individuals experiencing homelessness, refugees, or survivors of domestic abuse, all of whom may have additional psychosocial stressors affecting their mental health.
