Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, providing you the flexibility to work from home while still supporting our clients in need. Working from a community health clinic model ensures that you will be part of a team that values innovation, social responsibility, and patient-centered care. Our therapists typically engage with clients Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility in scheduling to accommodate patient needs—enabling a work-life balance that promotes job satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify treatment needs and establish tailored therapeutic goals for clients.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing a variety of modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and other relevant approaches depending on client circumstances.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups that foster a sense of community and provide valuable resources for individuals dealing with common mental health issues.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, medical professionals, and support staff to ensure a cohesive approach to patient care, addressing the complexities of each individual's mental health journey.

• Provide crisis intervention services where necessary, applying critical thinking and rapid response skills to assist clients during times of acute distress.

• Educate patients about their diagnoses, treatment options, and available community resources to empower them in their recovery journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the state of Nevada.

• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, depending on experience.
