Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to pinpoint clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans addressing these concerns.

• Provide evidence-based therapy services to individuals, couples, families, and groups, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based approaches.

• Collaborate closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare providers to ensure clients receive coordinated, holistic care.

• Offer crisis intervention and immediate support to clients undergoing acute distress or in emergency situations, using de-escalation techniques and problem-solving strategies.

Qualifications\n
