Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns and formulate accurate clinical diagnoses.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic modalities suited to the unique needs of each client.

• Provide ongoing individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing techniques that foster personal growth and resilience.

• Deliver crisis intervention support for clients experiencing acute mental health crises or emergencies, ensuring their safety and emotional stability.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records—including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results—in compliance with ethical guidelines and state regulations.

• Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team, which may include psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure holistic care for our clients.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW) in the state of Nevada.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from $85,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
