Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments and evaluations to understand clients’ mental health needs.
\n
• Developing personalized therapy strategies tailored to individual clients or families.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
\n
• Facilitating therapeutic group sessions as well as one-on-one consultations for clients.
\n
• Maintaining accurate and compliant clinical records in accordance with state regulations and ethical standards.
\n
• Engaging in continuous professional development and attending workshops to stay abreast of the latest mental health research and trends.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on adolescents and their families who often have limited access to mental health resources. Many of our clients face unique challenges related to family dynamics, trauma, and substance use. Your role will play a crucial part in helping them navigate these challenges and achieve improved mental health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Nevada.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, with a preference for clinical settings.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the following qualifications would enhance your candidacy:

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
