Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct ethical and compassionate individual mental health counseling sessions through secure video chat platforms, ensuring a supportive environment for clients.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A valid, unrestricted state license to practice independently (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW). Limited or provisional licenses are not acceptable.

• Demonstrated exceptional interpersonal skills, empathy, and a strong commitment to client-centered care.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary range for this position is between USD 90,000 and USD 104,000, commensurate with experience and hours worked. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
