Regular business hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing stability and predictability in your work schedule.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans that reflect the unique needs of each client using evidence-based practices.

• Employ a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to facilitate the healing process and promote client resilience.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies, ensuring the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.

• Engage with a multidisciplinary treatment team to enhance cohesive care delivery—including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals—to optimize client outcomes.

• Participate in regular peer review meetings and case consultations to share insights and strategies that improve therapeutic practices and foster team learning.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families by sharing knowledge about mental health issues, available treatment modalities, and community resources that can bolster their support network.

• Stay informed about the latest advancements in the field of mental health, integrating new techniques and approaches into your practice to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Nevada.

• In-depth knowledge of solution-focused therapy techniques that enable you to tailor interventions to resonate with individual client needs effectively.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for the establishment of trust and rapport with clients and facilitating therapeutic relationships.
