This remote position offers flexibility, enabling you to create and manage your own schedule while working with a diverse client base. Our outpatient office is operational Monday through Saturday, and you will benefit from in-house credentialing services that streamline your insurance participation and scheduling processes. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups to identify their needs and goals.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other modalities tailored to client needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory expectations and organizational standards.

• Engage with multidisciplinary team members during round meetings to discuss client progress, treatment adjustments, and collaborative care plans.

• Provide case management services by liaising with community resources, healthcare professionals, and programs to assist clients in accessing comprehensive care.

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of the ethical and legal aspects of mental health treatment, ensuring that all interventions are executed with care and respect for confidentiality.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a mental health therapist at Belfry Counseling Center, you will provide care to a diverse range of clients, including individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• Must possess a current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Nevada.

• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating a solid foundation in therapeutic practices.

• Flexibility in availability, willing to work between 10 to 40 session hours per week, adapting to client needs and caseloads.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with an ability to work independently while also collaborating in a remote team environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
