Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to develop individualized therapy strategies that cater to the unique needs of each client.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
\n
• Facilitate therapy sessions with individuals, couples, families, and groups to foster communication, understanding, and emotional processing.
\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care delivery, addressing both clinical and psychosocial aspects of patient well-being.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records in compliance with legal and ethical standards to support ongoing treatment and ensure accountability.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to remain informed about the latest advancements in mental health research and practices.

Your clientele will consist of diverse individuals and families facing various mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to trauma and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Nevada.

• Demonstrated experience in counseling, with at least two years in a clinical setting.
\n
• Strong understanding of legal and ethical implications in mental health practice.
\n
• Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with diverse populations.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization or significant experience in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance use treatment is highly preferred.

• A proven track record of effective collaboration with healthcare professionals in a team-oriented environment.

• Proficiency in using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software and other related technologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload availability.
