Scheduled from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, this position may require occasional variations in hours to accommodate client needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed assessments to evaluate patients' histories and tailor treatment approaches effectively.

• Develop and implement individual treatment plans focusing on trauma recovery, resilience, and coping strategies.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to assist clients in their recovery journeys.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions that emphasize processing trauma, enhancing coping mechanisms, and creating an environment conducive to healing.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and interdisciplinary professionals to ensure integrated and holistic care for each patient.

• Provide crisis intervention support during trauma-related emergencies, utilizing established protocols for immediate care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a member of our team, you will have the privilege of working with a diverse client base, primarily adults who have endured various forms of trauma, including those with PTSD, complex trauma histories, and dissociative disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the state of California.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience is preferred.

• Expert knowledge of trauma-related disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering trauma-focused therapies and interventions.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, paired with a compassionate and non-judgmental demeanor.
