Key Responsibilities\n

• Act as the primary point of contact for families, providing proactive communication and support throughout the therapy process.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing our established clinical models, including the Attachment-Based Family Therapy model.

• Conduct family orientations, welcome presentations, and support groups to integrate families into the therapeutic process effectively.
\n
• Document assessments, treatment plans, group notes, contact notes, and discharge summaries in a timely manner, adhering to established standards.
\n
• Utilize tools such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, and electronic medical records (EMR) for data entry and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational protocols.

• Participate in weekly treatment team meetings and clinical supervision to discuss cases, share insights, and collaborate on treatment strategies.
\n
• Manage your schedule efficiently to meet organizational goals while balancing caseload and personal commitments.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required, or current enrollment in a Doctorate program from an accredited institution.

• Must be board registered (APCC, LAPC, ASW, AMFT, MHCA) or hold a Psychological Associate designation in the state of California.

• Strong experience in individual, group, or family therapy, particularly with adolescents and young adults, is essential.
