Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations of mental health diagnoses to formulate individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.

• Maintaining a manageable caseload of 25-30 client visits per week, providing both individual and family therapy sessions to ensure optimal patient care.

• Delivering exceptional customer service to clients while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to enhance community mental health initiatives.

• Utilizing innovative and creative therapeutic interventions to help clients achieve and surpass their therapeutic goals.

• Completing detailed documentation for each session, including ongoing assessments, treatment plan reviews, and clinical case notes in accordance with company protocols.

• Coordinating care with case managers, families, and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and comprehensive support for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, couples, and families facing various challenges. You will engage with individuals dealing with relationship issues, emotional distress, behavioral problems, and mental health disorders, providing holistic support that empowers them to navigate their circumstances effectively.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, allowing for effective therapy delivery and client interaction.

Compensation and Benefits\n
