Although most work is conducted remotely, you will also have access to our outpatient office for in-person meetings and collaborative team efforts. Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LMFT, your primary responsibilities will focus on delivering comprehensive therapeutic services to your clients. Your day-to-day activities will include, but are not limited to:

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate the needs of clients and develop customized treatment plans.

• Coordinating care with interdisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to client treatment.

• Providing individual, family, or group therapy sessions, utilizing various psychotherapeutic modalities tailored to each client’s needs.

• Documenting treatment plans, client progress, and clinical notes with clarity and precision in accordance with medical record policies.

• Collaborating with community resources and agencies to facilitate holistic care and additional support for clients.

• Engaging in regular consultation with team members to discuss case management and develop effective treatment strategies.

• Advocating for clients’ needs and preferences within the mental health system and in collaboration with external service providers.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on adult and geriatric populations, with the opportunity to expand services to children and adolescents in the future. Clients may present with a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and life transitions. As an LMFT, your ability to create rapport and build therapeutic alliances will be essential to fostering positive outcomes and client engagement.

Qualifications\n

We are looking for a self-motivated and compassionate candidate who meets the following qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.
