Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, trauma-informed assessments to evaluate clients’ histories and current needs, formulating appropriate treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic, integrated care tailored to each client’s needs.

• Respond to crisis situations with timely interventions, providing immediate support to clients experiencing trauma-related emergencies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will work primarily with individuals affected by various trauma types, including post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
