Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized assessments via telehealth platforms to evaluate clients' emotional, psychological, and social needs.

• Develop tailored treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments that address the unique goals and requirements of each client.

• Facilitate individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions, leveraging various therapeutic modalities to foster client engagement and growth.

• Document all client interactions and treatment progress accurately and in a timely manner to support continuity of care and comply with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including medical professionals and community organizations, to ensure a holistic approach to mental health care.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies to support their journey toward wellness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse population that includes individuals, couples, and families presenting various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relational issues, and more. Your ability to develop rapport and trust with clients from various backgrounds will be pivotal in facilitating effective therapy sessions and improving overall patient outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Must be a fully licensed mental health professional, holding one of the following credentials: \n

  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
