Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, trauma-informed mental health assessments to understand each patient’s unique trauma history and tailor subsequent treatment approaches.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at fostering trauma recovery, resilience, and overall mental wellness.

• Utilize evidence-based interventions, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), during both individual and group therapy sessions.

• Facilitate therapy sessions to help patients process emotional trauma, develop coping mechanisms, and promote personal healing by employing specialized therapeutic techniques.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care that meets the complex needs of our patients.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies to ensure patient safety and well-being.
\n
• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses, effective coping strategies, and available resources to empower their healing journey.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in line with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems proficiently.

• Engage in ongoing case consultations, team meetings, and professional development initiatives focused on the latest trauma-informed care practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will include serving patients who are survivors of various forms of trauma, including but not limited to PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. The therapeutic services you provide will empower individuals to reclaim their lives and foster resilience, making it crucial that you bring empathy and a non-judgmental approach to every interaction.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Oregon.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in a mental health setting, preferably with a focus on trauma.

• Extensive knowledge of trauma-related disorders, trauma-informed treatment modalities, and approaches aimed at building resilience.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, complemented by a compassionate demeanor and the ability to build rapport with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, our benefits package includes:
