Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy services to a diverse range of clients, adapting techniques and modalities to meet individual needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.

• Applicants must possess a valid and active license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW recognized by the State Board, allowing for independent practice without supervision.

Preferred Experience\n

The ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of experience in providing mental health counseling, demonstrating proficiency in evidence-based practices and client engagement. Experience working in a community health setting or with a similar client demographic will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually , dependent on experience and qualifications. In addition to a robust financial package, you will enjoy a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000 to support your transition to our organization.
