Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize evidence-based psychotherapeutic techniques and interventions tailored to treat a range of emotional and behavioral disorders in individuals and families.

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients' needs and formulate initial discharge plans that guide therapeutic progress.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions based on established treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each patient.

• Develop and coordinate treatment plans after thorough assessments, revising them as necessary to ensure the best outcomes for patients.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of therapy sessions in accordance with both facility and professional standards.

• Manage a scheduled caseload effectively, ensuring timely and appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• Participate in regular treatment team meetings, collaborating with multidisciplinary staff to optimize patient care and treatment strategies.

Qualifications\n
