In this full-time remote role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality therapeutic services to individuals seeking to improve their mental health and well-being. Work Environment\n

This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while being part of a vibrant outpatient office environment. Though your primary interactions will be conducted virtually, our team maintains a close-knit culture with regular team meetings and collaborative sessions to support one another in providing outstanding patient care. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your schedule while ensuring your availability for patient needs during the typical work hours of Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth mental health assessments to ascertain the unique needs of each patient, crafting tailored treatment plans that reflect their personal and clinical objectives.

• Implement diverse therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, for individuals, couples, and families to promote effective coping strategies.

• Facilitate supportive psychoeducational groups, fostering a safe space where clients can share experiences and connect with peers facing similar challenges.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure seamless and comprehensive care for all patients.

• Provide crisis intervention services, equipping patients with immediate support and resources during mental health emergencies.

• Educate clients about their conditions and available treatment options, while connecting them to community resources that may assist in their recovery journey.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of patient interactions and treatment progress, adhering to all legal and ethical standards laid out by industry regulations.

• Participate in regular case consultations and team meetings, contributing to a shared knowledge base and ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Texas.
