Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) in both individual and group settings.

• Maintain accurate and secure clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards while utilizing Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.

• Participate in regular team meetings and case consultations to discuss treatment progress and collaborate on best practices.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops, training, and relevant conferences to stay updated on mental health research and treatment methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on supporting diverse populations experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and relationship challenges. As an LPC at Marina Medical Center, you will play a crucial role in providing access to mental health resources and services for individuals and families who may have limited access to care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• Minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical or outpatient setting.

• Strong understanding of legal, ethical, and professional standards in mental health practice.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build rapport with a diverse clientele.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specializations in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance use disorders are highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload capacity. In addition to a generous salary, our compensation package includes:
