Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• Active license to practice in Texas as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of establishing a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach towards clients' experiences and personal challenges.

• Effective organizational and time-management skills to manage caseloads and administrative responsibilities efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in outpatient settings and proficiency in delivering telehealth services.

• Background in working with varied client demographic and mental health issues, with an emphasis on trauma-focused therapy.

• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, and EMDR.
