This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility and a work-life balance while connecting with clients via secure telehealth platforms. Our outpatient office serves as the administrative hub for the team, providing access to resources and collaborative support. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide Counseling Services: Conduct individual counseling sessions primarily focused on women aged 35-55, addressing a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress management, and relationship dynamics.

• Develop Treatment Plans: Craft personalized treatment plans that meet each client's unique needs and therapeutic goals, with the use of evidence-based practices and methodologies to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Conduct Virtual Sessions: Use a variety of telehealth tools and secure platforms to facilitate therapy sessions, ensuring that clients feel safe and supported throughout their counseling journey.

• Monitor Client Progress: Regularly assess client progress in therapy, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary, and providing continuous support to help clients achieve their mental health goals.

• Collaborate with Team: Engage with a multidisciplinary team that may include psychologists, social workers, and medical professionals to ensure comprehensive care, integrating referrals to other specialists as required.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on female clients aged 35-55, many of whom may be navigating significant life transitions. By understanding the unique challenges associated with this demographic, you will tailor your counseling techniques to meet their specific needs, utilizing strengths-based approaches that foster resilience and empowerment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field, with an active LPCC license in California.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical counseling, providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to clients.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Compensation and Benefits\n
