This position is fully remote, allowing counselors the flexibility to work from their home offices while enjoying the support of a collaborative team. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to accurately identify client needs and formulate personalized treatment plans that align with their goals.

• Educate patients and families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources that promote wellness and recovery.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with professional and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California.

• Strong working knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Proficient in conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and developing effective, individualized treatment plans.

• Demonstrated experience providing individual and group therapy to a diverse range of patients.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the capability to build rapport and trust with clients.

• Practical understanding and adherence to professional ethics, boundaries, and judgment.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and familiarity with telehealth technology.

Compensation and Benefits\n
