Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitate therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

• Provide specialized support for individuals coping with PTSD, ensuring they receive compassionate care in a structured therapeutic environment.

• Maintain accurate and detailed client records compliant with industry standards, including ICD-9 codes, to facilitate effective case management.

• Work with families to strengthen relationships and improve overall mental health through targeted family therapy sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing PTSD, anxiety, depression, and various behavioral health concerns. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Current and valid mental health licensure in California, such as LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT.

• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including but not limited to CBT and ABA.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse populations, exhibiting cultural competence and sensitivity.
