Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and complete essential documentation such as clinical service reports and mental health treatment records promptly and accurately.

• Provide expert consultation services to institutional staff, including screening committees and psychiatric teams, maintaining a focus on the mental status and management of clients.

• Actively participate in regular staff meetings and contribute to in-service training programs, enriching both personal and organizational growth.

• Engage in the Quality Improvement program to ensure accountability for all delivered services, while keeping meticulous records of professional activities.

• Deliver a variety of clinical services, including individual and group psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and diagnostic evaluations, in accordance with established policies and professional standards.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.

• Current and valid licensure as LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC, compliant with California state regulations.

• A minimum of two (2) years of professional experience providing mental health services and crisis management.

• Strong foundational knowledge in mental health counseling practices, including psychotherapeutic techniques, diagnostics, psychological assessments, and appropriate crisis interventions.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in telehealth services or familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems will be preferred. Additional training or certifications in trauma-informed care or cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) would be a valuable asset to support our clients effectively.
