Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions via video chat to address clients’ personal challenges, improve mental health, and facilitate personal growth.

• Utilize our therapist portal for scheduling, resource access, and client management while ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and promptly.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base, primarily composed of individuals with stable and low-acuity needs. All clients are pre-screened to ensure they are appropriate for telehealth, allowing counselors to concentrate on implementing effective therapeutic interventions without the challenges presented by high-acuity cases. This ensures a more manageable caseload while supporting clients on their journey to mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling.

• An active and independent state-issued license, specifically one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Limited or provisional licenses are not accepted.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.

• Strong computer literacy to effectively navigate various software and tools used in telehealth and documentation.

Preferred Experience\n
