Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand and analyze client symptomology, acuity, and treatment needs.

• Develop and implement culturally sensitive treatment plans that actively involve families and prioritize client goals.

• Provide outpatient mental health services, including individual and family counseling, utilizing best practices rooted in trauma-informed care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
