Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide Counseling Services: Conduct virtual individual counseling sessions primarily focusing on women aged 35-55. Engage clients in meaningful conversations addressing a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, midlife transitions, relationship dynamics, and stress management.

• Develop Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to formulate personalized treatment strategies that are tailored to their unique needs and life goals, ensuring the use of evidence-based therapeutic approaches to foster effective outcomes.

• Conduct Virtual Sessions: Leverage our secure telehealth systems to deliver therapy sessions, ensuring all interactions maintain the highest levels of confidentiality and respect for client privacy.

• Monitor Client Progress: Regularly track and assess client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as individuals evolve in their therapeutic journey while providing continuous support and encouragement to achieve their objectives.

• Collaborate with the Team: Work in partnership with our diverse team of mental health professionals, sharing insights and resources to ensure comprehensive care, and facilitating referrals to specialists as needed to promote holistic client wellness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role specifically focuses on providing mental health counseling to women between the ages of 35 and 55, who may face challenges related to anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Counselors will utilize a person-centered approach that respects the individuality of clients and focuses on building trust and rapport.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Counseling or a related field with an active Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) credential in the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of experience in clinical counseling, demonstrating a solid understanding of therapeutic methodologies and client engagement strategies.

• Thorough knowledge of ethical and legal considerations in counseling practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this full-time position ranges between USD 120,000 and 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to competitive salary, we offer:
