Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing rapport and trust to facilitate effective therapeutic relationships.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess their progress, stability, and ongoing needs, including planning for discharge when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and review individualized treatment plans, continually adjusting them based on client feedback and clinical observations.
\n
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation, including progress notes and assessment findings, to track client progress effectively.
\n
• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to gather relevant background information and identify presenting issues for new clients.
\n
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions each week, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Engage in individual supervision sessions to enhance professional development and clinical skills.
\n
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, sharing insights and strategies for a holistic approach to client care.

• Uphold a growth mindset in all professional interactions, striving for improvement and encouraging clients in their journeys.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily involves working with a diverse youth population facing various mental health challenges. Our clients often experience issues related to anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral concerns. You will play a critical role in providing support, validation, and therapeutic interventions to empower these young individuals, making a positive impact on their lives and families.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in mental health counseling or a related field.
\n
• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to meet internal credentialing requirements within clinical settings.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least one year of experience working with psychiatric patients and/or substance abuse populations.

• Proven background in individual and group therapy, as well as experience in assessment and diagnosis.

Compensation and Benefits\n
