Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions and therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Engage with a variety of clients, including individuals, couples, families, and groups, adapting your approach to fit diverse backgrounds and concerns.

• Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care by participating in multidisciplinary team meetings.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Possession of active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting is required.

• Demonstrated understanding of legal and ethical standards related to mental health care.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with clients from various backgrounds.
