Work Environment\n

This position is full-time and offers the flexibility of working remotely, accommodating your work-life balance. Our operational hours are from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, ensuring a structured work schedule conducive to both client and clinician needs. You will be stationed at a community health clinic setting that advocates for accessible mental health care in the Escondido area while primarily delivering services virtually.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of client needs to develop tailored treatment plans that promote effective and individualized care.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, addressing mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship conflicts.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a valid and active license in your state to practice as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT.

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in the mental health field, providing therapy and support to clients facing emotional issues.

• Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients swiftly.

Compensation and Benefits\n
