Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health status through interviews, surveys, and observation to determine treatment needs.

• Develop tailored therapy plans that incorporate evidence-based techniques, ensuring they align with individual client goals and cultural backgrounds.

• Engage clients in individual and, when appropriate, group therapeutic sessions, fostering a safe and supportive atmosphere for open discussion.

• Empower clients with coping strategies and practical tools to navigate their challenges, offering ongoing support throughout their therapy journey.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and primary care providers, to provide comprehensive care and appropriate referrals when necessary.

• Maintain thorough and accurate records in our EHR system, adhering to confidentiality standards and regulatory guidelines for mental health practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse client base experiencing varied mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and substance use disorders. You will have the opportunity to work with clients from different cultural backgrounds, ensuring your therapeutic approach is sensitive and inclusive.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an active and valid state license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
\n
• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting.
\n
• Extensive knowledge of mental health disorders and treatment modalities, including cultural competence in delivery of therapy.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) software for documentation and client management.
\n
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with diverse clients.

• Strong crisis intervention skills to effectively handle emergency situations with professionalism and calmness.

• Experience providing both individual and group therapy in a virtual format.

Compensation and Benefits\n
