Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments during initial consultations to identify the emotional and psychological needs of clients, using tools such as structured interviews and standardized assessment scales.

• Develop personalized treatment plans collaboratively with clients, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic methods adjusted to meet individual circumstances.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions employing a variety of techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches, always adapted to the client's preferences and needs.

• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, employing de-escalation techniques and immediate support strategies to ensure client safety and wellbeing.

• Maintain organized records through our electronic health record (EHR) system, documenting client progress and engagement in treatment while adhering to confidentiality laws and ethical standards.

• Participate in continuous professional development and training to stay abreast of the latest advancements in mental health treatment and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with low-acuity clients who have been pre-screened, allowing you to engage more deeply in the therapeutic process. Our clients often deal with issues related to anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and life transitions. The focus on low-acuity cases ensures that your therapeutic work is meaningful and impactful, providing clients with the attention they deserve in a supportive environment.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of an active license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or related Doctoral degree (PsyD).

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required, with preference given to candidates holding a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related discipline.
