Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to the needs of assigned clients, employing evidence-based practices that promote mental health and well-being.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for children and families, utilizing the DSM V diagnostic criteria to determine appropriate therapeutic approaches.

• Develop and facilitate psycho-educational groups, parenting, and other classes aimed at equipping clients with essential coping strategies and life skills.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including client case materials, statistical data, and reporting requirements, to ensure compliance with organizational standards.

• Meet and exceed reimbursement targets by implementing effective billing practices and ensuring all sessions are documented appropriately within the established timeframes.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to enhance client care and contribute to comprehensive treatment plans.

Your primary focus will be on serving children and community clients who are navigating various mental health challenges. Tailoring therapeutic interventions to meet the unique needs of individuals and families is crucial. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Active licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California is essential.

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience demonstrating effective practice in mental health counseling is mandatory.

• Strong organizational and time management skills are critical for maintaining session documentation and complying with client care standards.

• You must be a self-motivated individual with a proactive approach to managing billing hours and necessary case documentation.
