Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and evaluations to create individualized therapy strategies for each client.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring each approach is tailored to meet clients' unique needs.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy, to foster therapeutic progress.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with legal standards and ethical practices.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by participating in workshops, conferences, and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and advancements in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on a diverse clientele ranging from children and adolescents to adults facing a spectrum of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. You will play a critical role in improving their mental health and overall well-being while working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted LPCC licensure in California is required.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, particularly in a clinical setting.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance abuse is highly valued.

• Experience in telehealth service delivery is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from $120,000 to $140,000 annually, complemented by a $3,000 sign-on bonus. Employees also enjoy benefits such as dental, vision, and health insurance, malpractice insurance coverage, and client referrals that could significantly enhance your caseload.
