Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and group discussions to evaluate the individual mental health concerns of clients, ensuring a thorough understanding of their background and needs.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that reflect client goals and incorporate culturally relevant practices to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and case managers, to ensure an integrated care approach and continuity of services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your focus will be primarily on a diverse clientele who may be grappling with addiction, trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health disorders. As you provide services in a detox environment, you will work with individuals requiring both immediate crisis intervention and long-term support. It is imperative to engage with clients from various cultural backgrounds, adjusting approaches to meet their unique needs and experiences.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• At least two years of clinical experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic practices.

Preferred Experience\n

While two years of experience is required, candidates with additional specialized training in trauma-informed care or substance use disorders will be given preference. Experience in a detox setting or working with women’s health issues can also enhance your candidacy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

You will receive a competitive salary ranging from USD 60,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and credentials.
