Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine the severity and duration of clients' mood disorder symptoms, utilizing standardized assessment tools.

• Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans that resonate with their specific challenges, aspirations, and preferences.

• Implement evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), providing clients with tools and strategies for managing their conditions.

• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, exploring treatment options and promoting effective self-care practices.

• Monitor client progress consistently, adjusting treatment plans as needed to optimize outcomes and engagement.

• Work closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to client care.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state licensure as an LCSW, LCSW-R, LMHC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Two years of post-licensure clinical experience, specifically focusing on mood disorders.

• Proficient in evidence-based methodologies for treating mood disorders, especially CBT and DBT.

• A demonstrated history of successful, positive client outcomes in clinical settings.

• Outstanding communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with a diverse range of clients.
