Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and substance use issues, identifying co-occurring disorders through standardized tools and clinical interviews.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing techniques that foster the development of coping skills, relapse prevention strategies, and emotional regulation competencies.

You will primarily serve a diverse population affected by both mental health challenges and substance use disorders, providing culturally competent care tailored to each individual’s unique experiences and backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California.

• Proven proficiency in evidence-based practices particularly suited to addressing co-occurring disorders, including Integrated Dual Diagnosis Treatment (IDDT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

• Deep understanding of the dynamics between mental health issues and substance use, with a strong commitment to providing empathetic care.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills that enable effective collaboration within an interdisciplinary team environment.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
