Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver virtual therapy services to a diverse clientele, including conducting individual, family, and group therapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms.

• Collaborate closely with fellow therapists, psychiatrists, and primary care providers to develop a comprehensive and integrative approach to client care that addresses their emotional, social, and mental health needs.

• Provide immediate support for families in crisis, utilizing online communication tools to guide interventions that stabilize acute situations and facilitate resolution.

• Create customized treatment plans through virtual assessments and continually adjust these plans based on client progress and feedback.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychotherapy, and other methodologies to achieve positive client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a broad spectrum of patients, including individuals, couples, and families facing various challenges such as anxiety, depression, family conflicts, and substance use disorders. Your ability to connect with clients through a virtual medium will be essential in building trust and fostering therapeutic relationships that lead to meaningful change.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• An active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.

• A minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in mental health care services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
