Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health needs, strengths, and resources.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with measurable goals, adjusting as necessary based on ongoing assessments and client feedback.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals to ensure integrated and coordinated client care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
