Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Mental Health Shield, your role will include:

• Conducting thorough mental health evaluations, diagnosing concerns, and creating tailored treatment plans that align with the client's needs.

• Maintaining a caseload of 25 to 30 clients weekly, facilitating individual, family, and group therapy sessions while managing ongoing documentation, including treatment plan updates and clinical notes.

• Providing exceptional customer service to all clients while collaborating with a diverse range of healthcare professionals, including case managers, medical personnel, and educational staff.

• Utilizing innovative therapy techniques and interventions that empower clients to achieve their goals and progress in their mental health journeys.

• Ensuring compliance with documentation guidelines and company protocols by accurately preparing and submitting session notes and progress reports.
