Work Environment\n

This position allows you to work remotely, blending flexibility with the ability to connect with clients in their environments. Our community health clinic setting supports various therapeutic interventions, enabling you to provide services through individual, family, and group therapy, as well as telehealth options. Your work hours will be from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., offering a structured yet adaptable schedule to suit your client preferences.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations to identify diagnoses, formulate treatment plans, and update documentation as per company guidelines.

• Effectively manage a client caseload of 25-30 visits per week, ensuring a high standard of care and timely service delivery.

• Utilize creative therapeutic interventions tailored to individual client needs, empowering them to set and achieve personal goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LMFT will work with a diverse patient population including children, adolescents, couples, and families. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
