Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive mental health evaluations to establish accurate diagnoses for clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Developing tailored treatment plans that align with each client’s specific needs, ensuring ongoing evaluation and adjustment as necessary.

• Maintaining a caseload of 25-30 client visits per week, providing individual, family, and group therapy, and utilizing telehealth modalities to reach more clients.

• Documenting session notes, treatment plan progress, and assessments in accordance with organizational policies and procedures to maintain compliance and quality assurance.

• Collaborating with case managers, families, and other professionals in health care and education to enhance client outcomes and coordinate comprehensive care.

• Engaging in creative therapeutic interventions that motivate clients and help them achieve and surpass their personal goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will encompass a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges. You will engage with clients who are overcoming issues such as addiction, trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties, applying your expertise to provide holistic care tailored to their unique circumstances.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Experience in mental health documentation, including treatment plans, clinical notes, and discharge summaries.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to USD 110,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Our compensation package includes:
