Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy services tailored to the needs of clients seeking outpatient support.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and relational needs, followed by the development of customized treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The focus of our outpatient therapy services spans a wide range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families experiencing various challenges. Clients may seek support for relationship difficulties, communication issues, and emotional distress. You will have the opportunity to work closely with both adult and adolescent populations, developing strategies and interventions that cater to their unique needs.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Oregon, with a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Minimum of three years of experience in a related mental health or therapeutic field.

• Demonstrated skills in providing outpatient therapy services are highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
