Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of clients' mood disorder symptoms.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each client’s unique needs, preferences, and goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to support client progress.

• Monitor client progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to reflect changes in their condition or goals.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care strategies to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care for clients with complex needs.

• Stay informed on the latest research and developments in treating mood disorders to enhance therapeutic approaches.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Qualifications\n
