Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients suffering from mood disorders, determining symptom intensity, frequency, and duration through interviews and standardized tools.

• Collaborate with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that align with their personal goals and preferences, ensuring an inclusive approach to therapy.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) , adapting approaches based on client progress and feedback.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families, addressing mood disorders, available treatment options, and effective self-care strategies to enhance overall mental health.

• Regularly monitor and document client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans in consultation with interdisciplinary team members.
