Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish a trusting and therapeutic relationship with clients, enabling them to feel safe and understood during their counseling sessions.

• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health disorders, considering historical data, clinical interviews, and other assessment tools.

• Create personalized treatment plans that specifically cater to individual Client’s life circumstances and mental health needs.

• Facilitate one-on-one counseling sessions and group therapy, addressing various issues including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma.

• Regularly monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment strategies as needed to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Provide psychoeducation and skills development to clients and their families to promote understanding and effective coping strategies.

• Coordinate care by making referrals to additional health care professionals or community resources when necessary, ensuring comprehensive support for clients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
